How do I choose the right size?
If you’re ordering a Universal Fit Set, it includes 30 nails in 15 different sizes, so you can easily find the perfect fit for each finger — no measuring needed. This is the best choice for beginners or as a gift.
If you’re choosing a 10-pieces handmade set, it comes in S, M, or L sizes. To select the correct fit, please refer to the Size Guide on the product page. The guide includes detailed measurements and tips on how to measure your natural nails at home.

How do I apply and remove Justmee press-on nails?
To apply:
Clean and prep your nails, choose the right size, apply the adhesive tab, then press on the nail for 10–15 seconds. That’s it – glam in minutes!
To remove:
Soak in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift the edges with the cuticle stick. Never pull off force the nail.

How long can I wear Justmee nails before removing them?
With our glue stickers, Justmee nails usually can stay on for 5–7 days. For the best hold, follow all prep steps and avoid water for a few hours after applying.
💡 Justmee nails are reusable! After removal, you can clean and store them to wear again later.
Why aren't my nails staying on?
This usually happens due to one of these reasons:
– Make sure to clean thoroughly with the alcohol pad.
– Gently push back cuticles and lightly buff your nails.
– If a nail is too big or too small, it may pop off.
– Avoid water for at least 2 hours after application.

How do I care for my press-on nails?
To keep your nails looking flawless and ready to reuse:
- We recommend using gloves for housework or washing dishes.
- After removing, gently clean off any leftover glue stickers.
- Wipe the nails with a soft cloth if needed, and store them in the original box to prevent scratches or dust.

Can I reuse Justmee press-on nails?
Yes! – Justmee nails are designed to be reusable. With gentle removal and proper care, you can wear them again and again for multiple times.
Simply clean off the glue stickers, wipe them gently, and store them in the original box to keep them in perfect shape for the next wear.
Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?
No – when used correctly, Justmee press-on nails are safe and non-damaging. Our glue stickers are gentle on natural nails, and both our nails and adhesives have been tested to ensure they meet safety standards.
For best results, always follow the recommended removal steps without force. After removal, we suggest applying a few drops of nail oil to keep your nails and cuticles healthy and nourished.

No worries – Justmee is perfect for beginners! We recommend starting with our Universal Fit Collection, which includes 30 nails in 15 different sizes to ensure a comfortable, custom fit without the need for measuring.
To make it even easier, try our specially curated Starter Kits – bundle sets with better prices. These kits are perfect for testing different looks and finding what fits you best.
Every set comes with a complete tool kit, including

When will I get my order?
As soon as you place your order, here’s what you can expect:
- Order Confirmation: you'll get an email right away to confirm we received your order.
- Packaging & Processing: we carefully prepare your order within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping: once it's on the way, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow the delivery.
📦 Estimated delivery times:
Germany: your order usually arrives in 2–4 business days after shipping.
We do our best to get your Justmee nails to you quickly and safely. If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out at hello@justmee-nails.com.
Can I return my order for a refund?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal 14 days after receiving your order. You can find further information about cancellation in our general terms and conditions and in our cancellation policy .
We do not include a return label or paper with your package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. So that we can allocate your shipment, it is good if you print out and enclose the letter enclosed in the right of withdrawal.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If an item has a hygiene seal but arrives already opened, damaged or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, it may be refused.
Please note that Justmee products have a hygiene seal and there will be no refund if the seal is damaged or removed. Please always contact our customer service in advance before you return: hello@justmee-nails.com
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@justmee-nails.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
How much does shipping cost?
Within Germany, the standard shipping costs €4,95 and order from €49 will have free shipping.
What if I received the wrong or a damaged item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

I have ordered products at discount and now i need to return part of the order. Is this possible?
Yes, you can return part of your order — as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and the return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
Please note:
- If your order qualified for a discount or free shipping based on a minimum purchase amount, and your return brings the total below that threshold, the discount or shipping cost may be adjusted from your refund.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
