To apply:
Clean and prep your nails, choose the right size, apply the adhesive tab, then press on the nail for 10–15 seconds. That’s it – glam in minutes!
To remove:
Soak in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift the edges with the cuticle stick. Never pull off force the nail.

With our glue stickers, Justmee nails usually can stay on for 5–7 days. For the best hold, follow all prep steps and avoid water for a few hours after applying.
💡 Justmee nails are reusable! After removal, you can clean and store them to wear again later.

We do our best to get your Justmee nails to you quickly and safely. If you ever have questions, feel free to reach out at hello@justmee-nails.com.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal 14 days after receiving your order. You can find further information about cancellation in our general terms and conditions and in our cancellation policy .
We do not include a return label or paper with your package. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. So that we can allocate your shipment, it is good if you print out and enclose the letter enclosed in the right of withdrawal.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If an item has a hygiene seal but arrives already opened, damaged or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, it may be refused.
Please note that Justmee products have a hygiene seal and there will be no refund if the seal is damaged or removed. Please always contact our customer service in advance before you return: hello@justmee-nails.com
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@justmee-nails.com. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Within Germany, the standard shipping costs €4,95 and order from €49 will have free shipping.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Yes, you can return part of your order — as long as the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and the return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
